::Peace::

Was resing my daily bread and I came across this line that people are spending MILLIONS on missles and weapons. When will us as humans come to our senses? There is enough to go around ain't it? Lots of money spent on where? Fighting? Sheez... Lets say one missle at the cost of 1 million fires off and explodes in a city. Okay boom and what happens? Lives are lost, civilians killed. Look this one million can be used for better purposes right? Providing for the people in the area they are to bomb? 1 million is like quite a sum I must say so why the money to kill? Political gain or what? Why are we humans so not human and losing touch with outselves? We should be taking care of each other not killing each other.

We are pretty darn lucky folks here in Singapore. It is hard to know and understand the way things are in other parts and even reading will only give you the tip of the ice berg. Well I am just wondering what is all the fighting for and World peace in beauty pagents is off, way off wake up miss universe, hello hello, world peace? I think should ask for peaceful leaders maybe still have hope. But all is just a wish and notthing else. Damn think I have to catch some shut eye. Nitez people

::War & Sars::

Well I guess in this little blog of mine we are fighting a war as well as erm the Sars and War in Iraq. But hell with the war in Iraq it is over, gone. Where is Sadam? Perhaps hiding somewhere. Argh just hate these hide and seek and notthing confirm. But we are all human and never perfect. From Star Trek I leant this we presume, we are never totally sure, we need to take risks because we are human and not perfect. So then I guess the war that is really into us now is the war with SARS. Damn why does these stuff happen man? Sheez....

Anyway I have this line of thought. SARS... could it have been an biochemical experiment gone wrong and the Chinese Goverment blaming it on a virus? I mean look at it, the perfect agent for war. It spreads like wildfire, unseen, no odour, had a window period of 3 - 10 days and can cripple any army force. You see when you send out the virus it cannot been seen or detected until someone gets ill and by the time it is too late probably your force is sick and some eventually die. Perfect!

Better not discuss this here maybe get charged. Anyway back to my JC topic, so there is some Anonymous guy or gal out there posting on my site about stuff. Hmm... I mean science? Okay so foundation is one thing but what about Poly? So when we are faced with a panel of judges, presenting our hard work of days, nights some times working till we cannot differntiate night from day and all gets shot down by the judges. We were taught the hard way of life. Then comes the time we have to learn theory. We do maths too, although it is hard cause we have to juggle time between work and projects but we manage somehow. So when we manage to aquire the skills to do something for society, we are then dumped out there and considered 2nd class? Cause we choose this line of freedom, this life of difference? So what makes us so different? We did not go through the MOE system and learn the science and maths JC does but what about real life? So General Paper? We don't have it but we have to keep up to date, GP or not what differnce does it make? We are kept short of gaining access to higher education cause we are believed to have more? So a diploma? Is it enough? Fairness? We are studying too you know, and JCs get student rates? What about us? Those in plain clothes as students? Do we not have a time table as well? Why do we have such discriminations?

So diection, wise I do hear a lot of people with their so called "direction" actually change their course of life in the middle. Some people taking arts regret it and end up going like that the heck? Cannot go engineering already? You know that even people are like commenting that Poly students are more directional and able to get the job done, Some JC students even envy us because of the way we work. Perhaps it is out evironment that makes us mature? Well there is notthing more to say just have to wait for Mr or Miss Anonymous to reply and see what it is all about. Yah to the Ex-JC who got into Uni. Congrads and hope you people are enjoying you life there. We the ones stuck here just have to suck thumb and pray for admission.

BTW you are the group of JC students with direction, I know many without and even it being the easy way out to Uni what I do have to say you chose the easy way and we chose the hard one. Well the path to success is always hard and winding. Just a thought.
